We deliver across Rwanda with care and intention. Your piece travels by motorcycle courier, trusted public transport parcel service, or a locally arranged route, whichever best suits your location and the care your garment deserves.
HOW IT WORKS
Place your order. Provide an accurate recipient name, reachable phone number, and delivery location. Double-check everything, we can't chase a parcel that's headed to the wrong place.
We confirm the details. We'll tell you the delivery method, estimated window, and fee before you pay. No surprises.
Complete payment. Use the Mobile Money or bank details we provide. Never send funds to any other number or account, if something feels off, pause and contact us immediately.
Dispatch & tracking. Once your parcel leaves us, you'll receive a dispatch message with tracking details, courier contact, route info, booking reference, or pickup point.
Receive & inspect. Check your parcel promptly on arrival. If something's damaged, incomplete, or not what you ordered, tell us as soon as possible.
A NOTE ON LOCAL DELIVERY
Motorcycle taxis (taxi-motos or motaris) are the lifeblood of Rwandan transport, strictly regulated by the Rwanda National Police and RURA for safety and professionalism. Some local delivery methods don't offer live digital tracking, in those cases, we share the best handover details and coordinate directly with the courier.
Please keep your phone nearby around the expected delivery time.
A parcel is considered delivered when it's handed to you, an authorised person at your address, or the agreed public transport pickup office. If someone else might receive it for you, let us know before dispatch.
DELIVERY SAFEGUARDS
Address changes after dispatch aren't guaranteed and may incur extra fees.
If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may wait, reschedule, return the parcel, or hold it at a station. Extra charges from incorrect addresses or missed handovers may apply, unless the issue is ours or the law says otherwise.
We're not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, route disruptions, public transport schedules, or security restrictions. But we'll always communicate and help find a practical solution.
